Walk-in-interview for the following temporary positions under NAIP and DBTfunded projects will be held on 11th July, 2013 at Agricultural Knowledge Management Unit (Formerly Unit of Simulation and Informatics), Ground Floor, LBS Building, Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110012 as scheduled:

Name of Position : Traineeship
Period : Till 31st March 2014
Emoluments : Rs.5000 (consolidated)
Essential Qualification : M.Sc. / M.Techdegree in Bioinformatics. Those who have passed in 2012 or 2013 only apply.
Eligible candidates are requested to attend the interview along with the Biodata in the prescribed format and original certificates/ documents (Degree, Marks sheets, Work experience certificate). Other terms and conditions are:
Maximum age limit: (i) For RA- 40 years for male & 45 years for female (ii) For SRF – 35 years for male & 40 years for female.
Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidate as per ICAR norms.
No Objection and experience certificate from the current employer in case he/she is in employment
The above position is purely contractual, co-terminus with the project/scheme, and offered till March 31st, 2014. Selected candidate will not entitle to claim for regular appointments/absorption either in this institute or ICAR.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Candidates may appear for walk-in-interview with bio-data, reprints of publication, thesis, reports etc., passport size photos, original certificates and attested photocopies of all certificates, mark sheet, degree and testimonials.
Candidates reaching after specified timing may not ordinarily be entertained.
