Job Profile :

• The candidate is expected to work on projects that need extensive mammalian cell culturing handling and stable cell line generation.
• Candidate should have handled multiple cell lines/primary cells.
• Experience in mammalian cell culture and stable cell generation is a must.
• Experience or knowledge about working with retroviral or lentiviral based mammalian cell manipulation and in vitro or cell based assays is desirable.
• Good communication skills and working efficiently in a team environment are required attributes.
• Candidate should be able to plan and execute scientific experiments independently.

Skills Set : Mammalian cell culture, transient and stable transfections, Stable cloning, Lentiviral or retroviral transductions, in-vitro assays for compound screening/testing, cell based assays
Educational Qualification : M.Sc - Bio-Chemistry, Biology, M.Tech - Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical Sciences

• Experience : 1 to 5 years
• Location : Bangalore
