Salary: Counselor – Female - 1.44 lacs pa + (Retention Bonus + Local Conveyance + Mobile + Incentive) as per Company Policy.
Job Profile – Counselor
The major responsibilities include:
o To counsel all expectant parents (Target group) who come to hospital for their routine medical check ups.
o To pick up conversation with Target group and educate them on Cord Blood Stem Cells and its future applications.
o To distribute pamphlets to all the Target group during the OPD time at the hospitals.
o To collect name and address of all the Target group who has shown interest in our concept.
o To enter all the leads those are generated during the OPD time at the hospitals in CRM on a day to day basis.
o To arrange and manage Anti-natal class in these hospital and give presentations to Target group.
o Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time
