Apply for the post of Junior Research Fellow at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida was established in the year 2001 and has been declared as a “Deemed to be University” under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956. The undergraduate programs of the University have been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation of AICTE.

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow for the following time-bound sponsored project as per the details given below:
Job Title : Junior Research Fellow
Job Description : cloning, protein purification, functional genomics applications, peptide libraries.
Project Title : Purification of Chikungunya Virus nsP3 Protein for Peptide Based Inhibitor and Structural Studies
PI : Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Associate Professor, Biotechnology department, JIIT
Essential Qualifications : MSc in Life Sciences/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology. Preference will be given to CSIR /UGC/ JRF/NET qualified candidates. However, Non- NET qualified candidates can also apply.
Duration : The post is valid for a period of Two and half years. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates called for interview.
Emoluments : 15,600/- fixed per month (consolidated)
