Job Description :
- To call the patients who have accepted to be enrolled in the Patient Support Program and enrol them by taking informed consent.
- Create the patient profile by administering questionnaire over the telephone.
- Provide customized counselling to the patient on Diabetes and its management for appropriate behaviour modification
- Provide expert advice on Life style modification and Diet
- Should have the ability to develop good relationship with the patients.
- Maintaining Data after every counselling session with the patient.
Qualification : Science Graduates with specialization in Nutrition/ Dietetics / Life Sciences / Pharmacy/ nursing with MS Office skills.
Experience : Science Graduates - Fresher, other graduates with good inclination towards the role
Competencies: Communication skills – strong written & verbal in required language, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Objection handling, Counselling skills, Interpersonal skills, Keyboard skills
