Job Title: Assistant Manger/ Executive/ Officer
Job Description:

• Preparation and Sterilization of media.
• Sampling and sterility testing of sterile raw materials, finish product & Sterile packing Material.
• Microbial limit test and microbiological assay of Raw material and finish product.
• Bacterial Endotoxin test of Raw material & Injectable.
• Validation & Calibration of U.V light, zone Reader, Micropipette and N2 Supply.
• Sterile area monitoring (Plate count, Swab test & Air Sampling)
• Water sampling & testing.
• Biological oxygen Demand of ETP water.
• To Check the effectiveness of disinfectants.
• Maintenance & periodic transfer of all microbial pure culture & record maintenance.
• Preparation Review & Maintenance of all SOPs related to microbiological department.
• Initiation to QC Manager for any abnormal observation / result.

Desired Profile:
Education: B.Sc/ M.Sc Life Science/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology
Experience:

• Officer- Freshers
• Executive and Asst.Manager- 3 to 5 Years
