Applications are invited for the positions of Project Associate and Senior Project Associate for a project at the Department of Biological sciences and Bioengineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK).
Post : Project Associate
No of Post : 01
Educational Qualification : B.Tech or Masters Degree in Biotechnology or allied Life Sciences.
Desirable : Preference will be given to candidates having minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying exam, at least 2 years of research experience in mammalian cell culture, bacterial culture, and routine molecular biology applications after Masters in an academic institutions/ research & development organization may apply and should be well conversant with spoken & written English.
Salary : Rs. 20, 000 per month (fixed).
Post : Senior Project Associate
No of Post : 01
Educational Qualification : B.Tech + 1 year experience or Masters Degree + 1 year experience in Biotechnology or allied Life Sciences.
Desirable : Preference will be given to candidates having minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying exam, at least 4 years of research experience in mammalian cell culture, bacterial culture, and routine molecular biology applications after Masters in an academic institutions/ research & development organization may apply and should be well conversant with spoken & written English.
Salary : Rs. 24, 000 per month (fixed).
Both positions are purely temporary for one year and based on the performance extendable further until duration of project.
