Application are invited from Indian Nationals for a post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to work in the research project entitled, "Detection and Mitigation of Dairy Pathogen and Detection of Adulterants using Chemical Biology" (NAIP-417-BIO) sponsored by Indian Council of Agriculture Research (lCAR), New Delhi, The Project has a duration of one year.
Interested candidate may appear for the walking interview before the selection committee on may 31st May, 2013 at 11 :00 AM in the office of the PI, Dr.N.K.Navani, Department of Biotechnology, IIT Roorkee.
Candidates are requested to submit bio-data along with attested copies of the certificates to the office before the start of the interview.
Qualifications:
(i) First class M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Microbiology with minimum two years research experience.
(ii) The candidate should have a good experience in Biosensor/ Molecular recognition elements/ and molecular cloning & expression.
Maximum age: 32 Years
Emoluments: Rs. 18000/- per month+ HRA as institute rule
Note: The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 yrs. in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, woman and physically handicapped candidates. No TA/DA is permissible for attending the interview.
