A Walk-in-Interview will be held on 24th May, 2013 at 11.30 A.M. in the Biochemistry Seminar Room, Centenary Laboratory Building of Bose Institute, P-1/12, C.I.T. Scheme VII-M, Kankurgachi, Kolkata – 700 054 for one position of Junior Research Fellow in a CSIR sponsored project entitled, "Functional characterization of the lipid-binding FYVE protein from Giardia lamblia", under the guidance of Dr. Srimonti Sarkar, Department of Biochemistry. The project is tenable upto 31.12.2015. Details of qualification, fellowship, age etc. are as follows.

Essential Qualification : First Class M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences with NET /GATE qualification.
Desirable Qualification : First Class M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry / Biotechnology.
J.R.F-ship : @ Rs.16,000/- p.m. for NET-JRF qualified candidates and @ Rs.12,000/-p.m. for NET LS / GATE qualified candidates, plus admissible HRA and Medical benefit for both,
Age : Below 28 years (relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN candidates only, as per rule)
