Job Description:
IPQA of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Dispatch activities
Verification of production related documents.
To monitor media fill processes & ensure documentation.
Review of SOP’s, Protocols, B.P.R’s & other quality and production related
Responsible to ensure the calibration / validation of equipment / instruments
To ensure collection of rinse sample, finished sample, retained samples and CDL sample & completion of related documentation
Coordinate with QC and warehouse department for manufacturing related
Preparation of QA SOPs and summary protocol.
Responsible for Process validation Activities.
Responsible for monitoring & implementation on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in production areas.
Preparation of documents pertaining to Batch release and SAP release
Issuance & Control of Documents.
Personnel’s from Biological Operation with vaccine background having good exposure of GMP environment are preferred.
