Name of the post: Application and Technical Support Associate - Fabric & Household Care
Job Description:
- Identify competitive barriers and optimize performance of GCI enzymes
- Create new opportunities for existing/new products
- Conduct customer training in enzyme products and applications as and when required
- Translate commercial (customer) needs into technical designs
- Implement new applications methodologies/ new ideas to expand and /or intellectual property
- Execution of experimental designs in lab setting within the quality standards required
- Interpretation and reporting of data to internal stakeholders and at various conferences
- Work related fields are: Fabric & Household Care; heavy duty liquids and powders
Desired Profile:
- Strong background and proven success in design and execution of laboratory application development and testing.
- Demonstrated expertise of detergent industry or consumer products in household care with analytical (bio) chemical experience would be an asset
- Proven capabilities in statistical analyses is an asset;
- Self-driven personality
- Oral and written English communication skills Proven ability to write clear technical reports
- PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point, Lotus Notes etc;
- Willingness to travel as and when required Team player
Educational qualification: Master's in Biochemistry
Experience: 7+ years
