- Counsel patients for improved health related outcomes at the hospitals, clinics and home visits if required.
- Responsible for achieving set targets for patient enrollment
- Meet patients at regular intervals as advised
- Manage the compliance and adherence of patients enrolled.
- Collate health records related data from consenting patients
- Capture details related to Adverse Drug Reactions reported by patient in pre-defined templates
- Handling patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs
- Provide patient support by coordinating with pharmacists, stockists and carrying & forwarding agents.
- Desired Skills:
- Target Orientation
- Empathy and willingness to listen and relate.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and any one regional language (Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam, Assamese, Rajasthani)
- Computer skills - Knowledge of MS-Office
- Ability to work in a process driven/ structured environment
- Candidates with two Wheeler preferred.
