Applications are invited for the positions of Contract Based Researchers under TSP - Cold Arid Network Project entitled “Promoting bioresource based livelihood opportunities for the tribal community in Lahaul – Spiti, Cold Desert area of Trans Himalaya” sponsored by Central Arid Zone Research Institute (Indian Council of Agricultural Research), Jodhpur. Positions are purely project based and candidates possessing desired qualifications with consistently good academic record and experience are encouraged to apply.

- Educational Qualification : First class Masters Degree in Chemical Sciences /Biochemistry
Desirable :
- Experience of conducting surveys in remote areas in the Himalaya
- Experience of biochemical and phytochemical analysis
- Food analysis and providing training in stored food processing (pickle, jam, etc.)
Age limit : 28 years; relaxation for SC/ST/Women/PH and OBC as per Govt. norms
