Name of the post: Sr. Manager /AGM - QC (Micro) - API

Job Description:

• To ensure preparation and revision of SOP / GTP / STP / Validation documents according to the current regulatory needs. To face regulatory audits for Microbiology laboratory.
• Support validations for the existing sterile facility for the periodic validations.
• Check of compliance of work for down the line microbiologist/s as per the timelines for smooth functioning of the department and readiness for audits anytime.
• Training the microbiologist/s on SOP/GTP/STP/Validations and training of operators, working in the sterile manufacturing facilities, for awareness on sterile product manufacturing and testing.
• Procurement of new instruments /equipments for the laboratory needs to meet the requirements as per new regulations coming up from time to time.
• Cost reduction of the consumables by working out an innovative way. Up gradation of the Microbiology laboratory to meet the regulatory requirements of sterile manufacturing facilities.
• Compliance of internal and external audits points.
• Educational qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc in Microbiology
  Experience: 7+ years
  Desirable candidate:
  Looking for a candidate with Leadership skills, good written and verbal communication skills with sound regulatory knowledge, with an ability to handle situations and work within timelines. Should have faced Regulatory Audits i.e. USFDA ,EU GMP, MHRA.
