Job Description:
The Custom Information Services (CIS) team is part of the Thomson Reuters’ Ip & Science Editorial Operations Group and combine expert analysis in use of our content and technology assets, proprietary analytical and visualization tools, and deep expertise in the pharmaceutical and life sciences business so customers can benefit from tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs for faster, more informed decisions with higher confidence.
From discovery to launch and beyond, at every stage of the pipeline CIS team supports with the experts and intelligence to make the best decisions for organizations.
The main role of the CIS analyst involves Analyze / extract information from life science and biomedical articles and assign appropriate descriptors and write informative summaries, based on profiles and guidelines submitted by clients based within the pharmaceutical industry.
Day to day responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the delivery of weekly/monthly client deliverables and milestones.
  • Ensure quality standards are observed.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex and detailed Research information from source material
  • Ability to research and summarize scientific information
  • An inquisitive, analytical mind with strong problem-identification and -solving skills
Qualification:
M Pharm/B Pharm (Pharmacology), Masters in Life Sciences - Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, and Molecular Biology.
Experience: 0-3 years
